- Legal Basis and Purpose
The processing of your personal data is based on the fulfillment of a contract. We process your personal data to verify your identity and for billing the rental fee (including accessories) of the breast pump according to the rental agreement. All collected personal data are processed exclusively for the purposes mentioned above. They are neither processed automatically nor analyzed with regard to personal aspects.

Date of birth (of the tenant)
Communication information (language, email)
Rental information (pump, SN, accessories, costs)

For the storage/processing of your personal data, Ardo uses various applications (rental tool and ERP). These are operated directly by Ardo, and no data is forwarded to external service providers.
- Duration of Data Storage and Storage Location
The data will be deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired (e.g., 10 years for booking records). The data is stored in Switzerland, on Ardo's servers.

Right to information: You have the right to obtain information about your personal data that has been collected and processed.
Right to correction/completion: You have the right to have incorrect personal data corrected or completed.
Right to deletion: Subject to legal retention obligations, you have the right to have your personal data deleted, for example, when your personal data is no longer required for the original purpose for which it was collected.
Right to restrict data processing: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, for example, if the processing is unlawful or the accuracy of your personal data is contested.
Right to data portability: You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data. You can request that your personal data be transmitted to you or, if technically feasible, to another data controller of your choice.
